Division of Pharmacy and Medicines

The Division of Pharmacy and Medicines (Division de la pharmacie et des médicaments) is the competent authority for all matters regarding the practice of pharmacy, as well as matters regarding medicinal drugs and pharmaceutical products in general, and their manufacture, control, placement on the market, advertisement, distribution, importation and exportation in particular. It is also the competent authority for matters regarding drug precursors, cosmetic products and medical devices.
