Technical Investment Committee

Composition

The Technical Investment Committee is composed of three representatives each from the Federation of Luxembourg Hospitals (Fédération des hôpitaux luxembourgeois - FHL) and the National Health Fund (Caisse nationale de santé - CNS).

Remit

The committee assesses non-subsidised investment projects. To that end, it may seek the assistance of experts, or commission studies conducted by domestic or foreign research centres and funded by the CNS. Operational rules are established jointly within 12 months of signing any agreements it enters into.
