Change of marketing authorisation holder

Application to change the marketing authorisation holder of a veterinary medicine in Luxembourg

If a marketing authorisation is transferred from one holder to another, the new holder must report the change by email to luxvet@ms.etat.lu, along with the following information:

  1. The commercial name of the veterinary product concerned;
  2. Its Luxembourg MAA number;
  3. The UPD information:
    • The UPD permanent identifier of the veterinary medicine concerned;
    • The UPD product identifier;
    • The new authorisation holder's LOC ID and ORG ID codes;
  4. The names of the former and the new holder;
  5. The most recent SPC in pdf format (> 10 MB), if the SPC needs updating;
  6. The CESP application number;
  7. Any additional useful information.
