Early retirement pension
Early retirement pension may be granted:
- from the age of 57, or
- from the age of 60, depending on the insurance conditions met.
The pension takes effect as soon as the age and insurance period conditions are met.
- If the professional activity ceases, the pension begins on the day following the end of the right to professional income.
If the salaried activity continues with an income exceeding one third of the minimum social wage, the pension begins on the first day of the month following the application. Pursuing a professional activity while receiving an early retirement pension from the age of 57 may have consequences on the amount of the pension or on the right to receive it.
