The right to quality healthcare

All patients have the right to healthcare which best serves their state of health.

Care must be provided safely, effectively and efficiently, free from any discrimination, whatever the patient’s income, gender, sexual orientation, philosophical views, religion, etc.

In addition, healthcare should be organised in a way that guarantees continuity of care in all circumstances.
