Patients’ rights and obligations

In July 2014, a law was passed in Luxembourg which sets out all of a patient’s rights and obligations in a single text. It also clarifies the relationship between patients and healthcare providers. The purpose of this law is to promote trust, transparency and good collaboration between patients and their healthcare providers.
