Skin Cancer: "The Sun, Friend or Foe?"
The Sun: Friend or Foe?
The aim of the new campaign is to raise awareness among adolescents through a leaflet and a poster about the benefits and risks of the sun. The sun brings us much enjoyment, but it can also be dangerous for our health. Be careful, however, with prolonged exposure and napping in direct sunlight, which subject our skin to the harmful effects of long-term ultraviolet exposure. Prolonged exposure and frequent sunburns during childhood affect the development of skin cancer many years later.
A few minutes of sun exposure per day are enough to boost our mood and improve our sense of well-being.
The Sun, a Friend
With summer at our doorstep, sunny days are back. And where there are sunny days, there is the sun! Just a few minutes of sun exposure per day are enough to lift our mood and enhance our sense of well-being.
