Advisory Committee on Hospital Documentation        

The Advisory Committee on Hospital Documentation (Commission consultative de la documentation hospitalière - CCDocHosp) is composed of standing and alternate members from various organisations, all of whom are appointed by ministerial order. The CCDocHosp, which comprises several expert working groups, is tasked with monitoring the hospital medical documentation system at national level.

The workings of the CCDocHosp are governed by the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 26 May 2020, which was adopted pursuant to the Law of 8 March 2018 on hospitals and hospital planning (also known as the 'Hospital Law'). The CCDocHosp also has its own internal regulations, which establish its organisational structure and working methods. Its members are appointed by ministerial order.
