Dial '112' and follow these steps

• Dial 112 for an ambulance or the fire brigade
• For urgent police assistance, dial 113

• Provide precise information to get help quickly:
  • give your first name, surname and telephone number and say where you are calling from
  • briefly and clearly describe what has happened and who is involved
  • indicate the precise location (an exact address if possible) where the emergency services should go
  • say how many people have been injured
