Free consultations for children from birth to age 4

The Socio-Medical League (Ligue médico-sociale) organises free consultations for children from birth to age 4. The aim of this service is to promote the harmonious development and wellbeing of your child.

The service is free and voluntary. It is offered in a number of municipalities in the country and includes the following services:

• measuring, weighing and examining your child;
• advice on prevention, hygiene, breastfeeding, nutrition, etc. 
• practical information concerning the development and education of your child, social legislation, vaccinations, etc.

You will be looked after by:

• 1 doctor,
• 1 paediatric nurse,
• 1 social worker.
