The Electronic Healthcare Record (MyDSP)

The Electronic Healthcare Record (Dossier de soins partagé - DSP) is a personal and secure free electronic health file, which stores all essential healthcare information for each patient in one place.

The DSP is being rolled out alongside a communications campaign aimed at the general public.

The Ministries of Health and Social Security want to use this communications campaign to ensure that the general public is aware of the DSP and its many benefits, to encourage people to actively use it.

The campaign prioritises radio and online media formats (banners and viral campaigns) to create a buzz around the DSP and target a wide range of people with different backgrounds and languages. A series of visuals and radio ads each offer a different scenario, with one DSP benefit in the spotlight each time.
